Hyundai H-LED24V11 tv tuner problem

Hyundai H-LED24V11, chasiss MST6M182VG-T7S any one find what problem that tv tuner not work.even change a new tuner but sitll not work.

check the voltageregulators that you have the right voltage to tuner

thanks for your help but i have checked allready voltage and regulated ics,i also change the tuner inside chip ic and SDA,SCL resistences near the main chip.could you tell me more about that or schematic.
