Sony KDL-V40A12U 15 led code error 'IIC 0 400k Clock Error' ??

5V standby out however hooked up seperate 5V supply whilst waiting for parts for it and comes up with 15 led code error which is  'IIC 0 400k Clock Error' which i have no idea where the fault is likely to be?
 Any help with this would be great.
 I have a schematic for it and its a AT2X CHASSIS

hi, sony tvs are so complex when coming for troublshooting, first cheeck if the'' on'' pulse (5v,3.3) is coming from m.board if not then cheeck inverter board for open shopper, fuse, nosfet...error codes mean something is wrong somewhere and tv won't come up till fixed :33:
