when i press power on button and channel up,standby light gose dim and not off,the way it should do..on investication all caps look ok,but i change all the brown looking cap.but still the sale,but can here power supply running..anyone had this fault before....thanx chris...

Check (resolder) kristal X400 (20,25MHz) on main board
-check D-004,D-005,D-006 (8V supplay) on main board
-reprogram/replace IC-403 on main board
