SANDSTROM S40LDIB10 faulty pic??

Hi guys help needed with my SANDSTROM S40LDIB10 tv fault was that the picture went off to a dark blue with back lights on and sound still working was told by shop where it came from that it was the tcon board had faild so got a replacement (used) when installed got a bright blue picture but got two lines down the screen and was faint shade of colors  :03: which changed when changing inputs but no picture thinking tcon board maybe faulty get a second one and still shows same picture so could the main board be faulty too I took pictures of display  :sign0085:

thanks guys both correct I did think it was screen but i hoped it was not, but checked when awaiting for a reply there was some corrosion on end of the tabs board to screen  :03: so off it go's to junk yard cheers guys
