Tv comes on with white background and message in the middle of screen saying "contact your local service centre " . Remote and side panels do nothing. Put this on site in November no luck just hoping somebody has had similar fault since .Bush make a 32 and a 26 inch model to. Have unplugged manual controls still same .. thanks

Hi Jordan, Have tried to find out how to do a factory reset just like the samsungs but none of the controls on the remote work . Don't know if there is a sequence to push them in to get into the factory reset menu

As a last resort, you could short out pins 5 and 6 of the eeprom, switch the tv on, then remove the short.
Reinitialises the eeprom and it's saved my bacon quite a few times.

Yep, same procedure as Samsungs. Nothing to lose now.
