Sony Bravia KDL-40W2000 two led standby flash Any ideas?

Looked at the schematics and see that it is a VD1.8, DE5V/6V Voltage Trouble (DCALERT2)
Anyone had any experience with this power supply and likely location of fault?
 I don't have the TV yet to test the voltages on the power board.

Led blinks two times which in my opinion is pointing it to the power supply.
Though it could be something on the main board that is dragging the power lines down. However i don't have the tv yet to test it yet!

A couple of days time i will have it in my hands for testing :)

Error code 2 is usually a failure of the 12V rail. Carefully examine the power supply board and check all pico fuses you find. They can be a tad hard to spot.
