As soon as the power is applied, the green led starts blinking continuously. No remote control and any operational switch works.

If the green LED keeps blinking after it's normal 8 to 10 blinks at power-on, you've got a faulty A-Board (main board).

True, The A board is faulty but is it possible to repair A board?

A very complex board which I've never attempted to repair. Have always gone for replacement, but they're
very expensive.

indeed it is too complicated to repair in spite of service manual and schematic.but after replacing eeprom ic,my set started working.
