LG 50" reversed picture and menus

Iv a LG 50pk590 that comes on with the menu and picture as in a mirror image with flashing lines going across the screen. Iv seen this once on a LCD and it was a screen fault. Tried factory reset. With the LG 'no signal' bouncing about the screen, that's not reversed strangely enough. Thanks
