SAMSUNG D6510 Switches on no picture

I have a 46D6510 samsung switches on backlights lit but no picture or sound anyone had similar fault first thought tcon but there is no sound either so possibly power fault . tcon has 12.5 volt at fuse on board

Hi Rolec,

Not yet met one, but suspect if you have no sound or ESG but backlights are OK, could well be a main board problem. Generally backlight only functions when normal PS voltages are present and the main board turns it on.

Thanks for reply sort of confirms my thoughts  will try to souce resonably priced used  main board.   Regards Rolec
