17mb11-2 board wich causes horizontal bar on bottom of screen..

Ere:
it's a jvc lcd tv:
model: lt-30e45su
main board: 17mb11-2
power board:0802-23BXX


the problem is that TV has intermittent display problem, sometimes it comes on but without data(no image but back-light OK).. and the screen has a horizontal bar on bottom all the time, but this bar is deformed image not  black or green colored one..
this set has been tested with another good mobo and it worked fine...so please help
