pixel flickering problem

 My 2 year old samsung 40" LCD LNS4095D is displaying white, red and green flickering dots, mostly white showing up all over the screen. If i view the menu without any inputs, the menu shows up crystal clear, do you know which part I would need to fix this problem ?

Hello from the U.K. Is the fault present on all inputs? Data on this model is a bit scant, I'm at work in an hour or so, I will look further. Even though the menu is clean I have had the Tcon cause it.
