atec av421ds

hi fella's i have an atec av421ds in dead but i do have 5 standby 12v is 2,888v the 3.3v is 5 volts no 24v  i've esr'd the caps on the secondary side all were faulty, have changed them but still the same, my thinking is the main board could be at fault, anyone got a service manual haha thanks for your time

thanks jordon for the interest, the powerboard in this set is apat-rev1.2, and the mainboard is lepanto-rev h06-cob50113, i'll get you  pictures later thanks!
