Hi all
this tely came in with red light flashing and wont turn on.I fix the power suplly but now comes up every thing ok but wont turn off.have to unplug it.any help plz?

Does the RCU function ? you didn't mention.

Might be Eeprom corruption as often happens after PS cap problems.
