LG LCD 32LG30RA can't power up

32LG30R every time if i connect power cord, there are power-on from mainbord to power suply modul. All voltage dc-dc converter on mainboard present. But all only in second...and no inverter-on voltage

The wiring loom between the power supply and main boards - try resoldering the sockets at both ends - a
known problem. If the red standby LED is flashing, replace the power supply. I believe the main IC (IC100) on the main board is a problem in these as well. Also check the 1Meg resistors on the inverter.
