Hi Turnip,
With your ken of this big brown land, you could do well on "The Eggheads" or "The Chase". Aye, poor old Ned wasn't the sharpest axe in the shed. Definitely wasn't wearing an Aku(b)ra. Perhaps he has a video on You Tube. Imagine what a taser would do to him.
An aficionado of the Drake, eh?......he only had thoughts of Mary Jane....lucky bugger. But then he's as dead as Ned.

Hi Bruce - nice one,
The wife watches such intellectual programmes as you suggest.
Here, in Norfolk, the Suchbind in now in flower, and odd folks are jumping down wells, and others saving Water Voles. Adam Lambsbreath is sorting the greasy washing up with cold water and a Hazel stick.
I'm naturally trying sort another treatise on Bramwell Bronte, as his three sisters always thought him a 'Piss-Head' - He was, of course.
Must try get back to tellies, when the next one comes in - Otherwise, Garden leave - Chris.
Must admit - Have had total Nick Drake in MP3 on the car player for the last two months, and not yet bored.
Stephen Fry did a great Mr. Mybug who was into feathers and rude sex.
Bramwell didn't get too much of a mention after his sisters sat on his head to provide a needy letter to an Irish aunt -
Could go on for ages, but won't - suggest enjoy the book or film - 'Cold Comfort Farm' - Stella Gibbons.
PS - Just got an Electric Fence Generator in for mending - have had several over the years, they are always Aussie sourced and expire here from Norfolk rain that gets into the works as they're not designed totally waterproof.
The Shock/Kill slide switch on the underside is unprotected, and our Norfolk farmers naturally hang them up-side down as they're Aussie sourced.
Not farming me'self, as far too complex.
