Hi all have this sony kdl32ex301 Fault is lines on pic after 10 mins any ideas thanks

Hi Al,

You could try the Self-diagnostic menu and see if any errors are logged. 000 beside each entry means no errors logged. From standby, press DISPLAY, 5, VOL -, Power.

To do a Factory Reset, you need the Factory Mode. Refer to the attachment.

Have my doubts that much will be achieved here though. My feelings are Panel or T-Con faulty. But see how it pans out.

thanks for all the info lads have done re set and it has improved the picture still have one thin line across top of screen it changes colour depending on whats on the picture so suppose its the panel Anyway might get away with it Thanks again for all the help
