Samsung LE37C550 Fault

Hi,
I've started to get a lot of weird faults due to the power supply PFC stage.
What's the voltage across the main smoothing capacitor?
Should be about 390v if the PFC stage is functioning correctly.
If not, check resistor chains feeding the PFC IC etc.
