lcd tv~monitor SAMSUNG P2470 HD

I have a lcd tv ~ SAMSUNG P2470HD monitor , went without entering anything on any one source of signal.The source to 9V ( 78M09 ) that was damaged .Now TV does not start , the voltage of 9V . is correct .I put back 78M09 source ( the damage I.C. which made only 3.5V ) and not so turn on.Something is happened and I can not figure out why ... I checked carefully if I touched something SMD of nearby, but everything is OK.The voltages 9 , 5, 3.3V is OK.OK does not seem right is that the little 9V power, heats (pin OUT , tablecloth , shows 4,8kO ) ... LED flashes 3 times, then remains lit ( St.By ) .I recently had an identical one with the same  fault (source 9V ) , after replacing them worked normal.It would be very useful schematic of the BN94-03503 mainboard , which I found myself, is very brief .Some suggestions?
