Panasonic TH-L32X20R red blinking light 10 times

hello, Panasonic TH L32X20R power on after green light flashing 1 second lamp on then gone off with red light blinking 10 times.any one finding what is the problem

I think the problem is the main board freeze the BGA chip or take a hairdryer
look if there is a changing !Good luck!

Decidedly the A board, in fact all error codes bar one for this model are down to the A board. The good book states: Code 10 ...HQ1L_SOS/ZWLI_SOS...A Board. Not sure what all that gobeldygook means, but A board is the offender.
