Philips 42PF3320/10 stuck in stand by

This Plasma tv is stuck in stand by, power supply has being replaced
with a known good one
No shorts found on the y sus or z sus boards
Problem I suspect is on the signal board
Any service manuals or information to download

I managed to download a manual from the download section
I am in the process of trying to get the customer to pas for fault finding at this level, labour per hour
If I get the go ahead I will update this
