Hi I have got this tv in which won't turn on just kicking and I knew powre supply is faulty so I changed Ic 301(3BR1565JF) with 3br1065jf but no joy.I have checked the fuse and resistors and are ok.any idea?

had one with same results changed same ic still no go further checks found opto o/c replaced it been ok since
sorry cannot remember opto number but maybe yours has same ,problem was no 90v to x or y boards
