Samsung LE40D

I have a Samsunm LE40D503F7. With a pink picture doea anyone have any ideas what this is as there is no tcon board in it.Think it may be screen?

Hello Kev,

Possibly the panel, but possibly the White Balance has become corrupted. Enter the service mode and go to the ADC/WB line and enter. check if your WB settings resemble those in the attachment. If not correct them, and check the usual problematic caps in the power supply. Or a factory reset may resolve it.

Sorry for the delay have checked psu this is ok. Checked white balance all ok except movie balance none are set haven't been able to get into this ant ideas

Don't know, maybe inaccessible to mere mortals. Are they 'greyed out' on the page? I take it you tried the factory reset in the service menu?
