Turnip:
Hi Sami,
Have you tried other inputs ? - Had KDL-32V4000 in today where scarts worked but nothing on DVB. Admittedly OSG worked for menu - Had a spare main board on the pile - sorted it.

All the best - Chris

downunder:

Hi Sam,

Good guff from the Turnip as usual. Hope he's an organic one. Without further diagnostics I'd have to agree with him.

Chris, re your main board with no DTV/DVB (depends which side of the track you're on), usually one of 2 fuses F1 or F2 on the small tuner module that piggybacks onto the main board. Chip fuses they be, very tiny, and susceptible to being bridged out when I find one open. You may get to recycle that board again.
Very eco-friendly, if not organic.

And a bonza Christmas to you - none of this 'crimble' rot - even spellcheck doesn't want to know about it.

Bruce

Turnip:
Hi Bruce, and well said, as ever, Though it's Sami - not me.

Have no experience of the model, never having met it, but still trying be helpful, as Quuq folks ever are.

Guess you've had a glass of Aussie festivities and are louching on the beach.

Quuq folks are asking about the next trip to Oz, but with all those snakes.

Gather Ireland was freed from snakes with gentle Jesus, but as he didn't quite call, as was rather busy.

Seems the biz, as ever - Chris.

OldLes:
Sorry Turnip, I hink you are wrong.
Gather Ireland was freed from snakes with gentle Jesus --  .
In fact it was St Padraig (Patrick to normal people) or Pheric (or something like that here on the island) who did the snake thing, and at the same time he visited us, and we have none either.
And whilst on missing things, whilst we have a "Foxdale", we have no foxes.
We do have Wallabies, I can confirm they taste good after correct cooking. It should not have jumped out into the front of my pal's Trannie, or maybe its grandparents should not have escaped the Wildlife Park.
Happy holiday all.  --  That should upset nobody!
Les.
