Roberts Unologic DAB Radio - No charge.

Hi Folks,

Have one of these in - Good radio, picks up DAB with the aerial down, which is unusual where I live.

Problem is that it doesn't charge the 4 Nicads. Checked about for a shematic, but none available as suspect Chinese gear.

Wonder if anyone has had the problem - Might well be that the wrong PS was used. Original is transformer giving a steady 7.5 volts, so guess regulator built in, but other tranny 7.5v PS can give up to 15v off load, and cust brought in two - One of each.

Any thoughts ? - Chris.

Later - Print break at +ve input as folks are not so gentle, and the socket is secured only by it's soldered tags, not otherwise attached to the PCB in any other way - Roberts quality indeed.
