Hi I have got this tely in which wont power up. standby red light will be present but when press the power button nothing happen, thanks for any idea.

stick your meter on the voltages see whats happening thanks

Hi, I can see 3.3 V, 24 V and when I press the power button, I get 8 V instead of 12 V for few seconds.
