Hi,

Just in for repair with No Sound.

Sound is present at the headphone socket but no sound from the internal loudspeakers.  When the volume control is operated the words " MASTER VOLUME" appear on screen and the numbers change, I have not seen the word master on screen on one of these sets before.

I would like to get into the service menu but none of the codes in my notebook work on this model.

Anyone any ideas ?

Factory reset:
Select MENU,FUNCTION,PARENTAL,then enter 0000 as password

Thanks for the service menu information, I initialised the eprom and did a reset but still no sound from the loudspeakers.
