firmware update

morning fella's has one got firmware update for 42lg5010, just the firmware already opened,  i can download it but it's a bin file, i'm struggling to open it. thanks for your time

You have to copy the file to a USB stick.
Make a new directory on the stick called LG_DTV, copy the file to this directory, insert into TV, turn TV on and follow instructions
