LG 37LF66 - LGLP3237HEP - Power problem.
« on: April 23, 2015,11:38:53 »
Hi folks,

Had one in today for no go where C205 & C206(3300/10) were bulging - replacement was cure.

Obvious maybe, only mention as didn't see it in the files - Didn't have caps to hand so used Wiltsgrove 2200/16 Low ESR.

Great caps, use them with 17PW20 for 4700/6.3 replacements, no probs so far - Chris.

Hi Bruce, guess you're pulling one's leg, as ever.

Only mentioned as no other Quuq'er has recorded the problem in the files.

Suspect some folks might find it useful - Folks who maybe don't try mend daily for the needy pound, just have the set that doesn't go.

It's just a thought, then had another - Nice Piccy - Turnip harvesting in Norfolk - Chris.

Hi Chris,

Very impressive, I must say. Is that the conventional garb of modern day Norfolk folk? No offence, but it looks like something out of Dickens. Then again, I cant recall Dickens being into turnip harvests.

Hi Bruce,

Confess it's the  'Thomas Hardy' period which is much the same, but country rather than town, where folks had to sort Turnips over winter.

'Norfolk harvesting folks' now come from Eastern Europe, and work well for a groat and a social house.

Gather Australian folks dump such folks on a distant islands if they don't have the cash for entry.

Doubtful - Chris.

Hi Chris,

Even the currency (groat) matches the times here.

Our Liberal pollies said "We'll stop the boats", and in great secrecy (we don't discuss operational matters) , they did just that. Any arrivals are intercepted and turned back, or are sent to a life of misery on Manus or Nauru Islands. Not very Christian of the original boat people, but such hysterics sweep pollies into power.
Hitler was right, but we don't mention the war.
