SAMSUNG UE37D5000 NO BACKLIGHT

Hi Guys ,this TV has sound but no picture . No light on screen . If I disconnnect the AV board the screen lights up so assume AV board faulty . Check voltages going to AV board from power supply and they are the same with it connected or not. Is there any fix for the board or is it a matter of going to E-Bay. The power supply is a BN44-00422B. Thanks for any help

Hi, it seems av-board is the culprit here, its not producing inverter back-light On voltage of about 3v to 5v from main CPU to inverter board.
