problem with Sony LCD KV-40BX400

i received this model  to repair, that problem is after starting the tv just going to standby mode frequently

the works i checked:
the power voltage is 12v after the 3.3 and thats correct
when i push the power button and the green light under the power button  is bright (starting) the flash IC voltage is coming and when the red light under the power button is bright the Flash IC voltage gone
i erasing the 3 Eeprom ic and let him to 1 hour prepaid after that i starting over (push the power button)and thats not work

so help me please
