BUSH LE-40GCL-A

hi fella's got a bush led just come in, it's a le40gcl-a the problem the stanby light flashing blue and red, on the biggest connector the voltages are 5.066/2.789/4.505/3.292 any info would be great my thoughts is epprom chip  thanks for your time
