Sony LED tv KLV-24R402A only green pilot led

Hi,
Sony LED TV KLV-24R402A at switch on only green pilot LED lights. After @ 1min back light turns on but no OSD & picture.Stand by via remote or panel switch is not possible. Green LED blinks when vol+ or vol- is pressed, no sound or noise from speakers.Sometime SONY appears on screen while pressing OK button otherwise panel remains blank. Looks like currupt eeprom.Sopls guide also attach its eeprom dump.

If schematic of this chassis is available pls attach. Chassis no is ITC2.

I haven't been able to find one from my sources.

Hi,
Sorry for delayed reply. After lot of voltage analysis I found that SDA bus going to tuner was low:so I removed SDA SCL communication with tuner. The set started working fine but without RF.
