Philips 40pfl9705h

Hi All Am back looking for help with a philips 40pfl9705h It came in dead fuse oc on psu q701and 702 boath sc replaced boath and fuse checked for shorts found none turned on power came on for a second and went off with all parts blown again .Any ideas very welcome

Tell me What Powersupply do you have   Delta?write the number standing on the Powersupply!
