LG 37" Bumped and quit working Need help

My 2006 LG  37LC2UD TV got bumped.  Screen immediately went blank.  No visible damage to anything and the screen was not touched.
Is there some type of 'tip over' safety switch that can be reset, or a replaceable fuse.  Sure could use some help.
