hi fella's has anyone fixed this tv, it's a lg-42ld490 flashing red standby light, i've got 3.2v 12.46v 5.1v my m8 passed it on to me he's changed the caps on the psu i'm thinking mainboard, thanks for your time

-LED fleshes......Main board
-Led fleshes slowly....check R-1404(4,7KR),R-1403(10KR),R-1407(33R),R-1405(33R) all around IC-1401
