Samsung LE19R86BD - No go.
« on: December 12, 2015,11:06:35 »
Hi folks,

Have one where Red Led glows, but set buttons and RCU have no effect.

Noticed a 330/25 PS bulgy so replaced with 470/25 - No difference so wonder if the duff cap caused Eeprom to screw up - Famous with some Sammies.

Any thoughts ? - Thanks, Chris.

Hi Chris,

Here's a fault flow-chart. We both know they're as useful as a jockstrap in a snowstorm, but page 2 looks the biz.

Hi Bruce, and thanks.

Remembered similar problem with Main – "BN41-00813B where set takes a while to come on – Check C1177 and C1110(both 1000/10) under metal screen. Touch of hot air can prove problem"

So I heated the screen area and the set came on (Mine is BN41-00920C) but can't yet isolate any duff caps - Work in progress - Chris.
