sony kdl40s2010

hi chaps went out to  look at this tv it's a sony kdl-40s2010 9 blinks error code, took the  back off checked the voltages all ok, when you switch it on relay clicks screen flashes for second then off with the led flashing any info would be great thanks for your time

Yes its the FEE board (the freeview board) Jordan posted the software for it a while back for me(KDL-46s2030). Though i don't think you can flash it with the board in your present condition. Emos do a repair service for this board i think its around £24
