Hi Shaun,

Why don't you remove the main board and place it on a tray in a 180 degree oven for 9 minutes. I've successfully recovered many LG main boards with various faults using this method. Naught to lose. Could try a factory reset first, if there is one in the user menu, otherwise you'll probably need a LG service remote.
