Panasonic TX32LMD70A firmware please

fix2003:

NEED to do this need firmware please

 the customer said after 5 or 6 attempts it would sometimes come on ,


the fault is uneven distribution of the mercury ( Hg ) in the backlights ( tubes ) which make the lamps hard to ignite .

This fault effects nearly all 2007 models.

The cure is to upgrade the main software and it is done through the SD card on the rear of the tv
