Hello Jose,

A most unusual error code. Loss of communication between the System MPu and the Panel MPu. These ICs are both located on the A board so it's likely an A board fault. Possible that the SC board is throwing up a false code. It, and the SS board, should have a green LED on each which lights up if the boards are functional. If the LED does not light, chances are the A board is faulty.

Try this: Disconnect the SC from the p/supply and turn the set on. A normal tv will now give code 7. If still code 9, do the same for the SS board. Code 8 should result. If code 9 persists, go for the A board as faulty.
