Hi, I bought a multi-system TV from overseas. It was working ok till now. It takes 3-5 minutes to turn on. First standby light starts
blinking slowly for 2- minutes, then it blinks quickly for 1 min and turns on. No other problem, works fine. Checked most capacitors in
power supply, HOT. Resolder all dry ones. Any suggestions. Thanx
