Hello,i need service manual of tv sony HV 21F83A or sulotion for this, when cool start problem ,make sound like tik tik of relay.some time it becomes ON normaly.i hv almost circiut resodring.but same.is this  protection ? give me a solution.

Check D664 leaky and C681.
