Typical repairkit for Samsung BN44-00155A contains the following:

CM851 & CM852 : 1000uF / 35V.
CM856 : 1000uF / 25V.
CM861 : 1000uF / 25V. ( upgrade of the original rated 1000uF / 10V )
CB852 : 2200uF / 25V. ( upgrade of the original rated 2200uF / 10V )

All Capacitors are radial electrolytic capacitors.
They should be highgrade & designed for Switching Supply purpose.

Other forums suggest upgrading the CM856, CM851 & CM852 as well to a higher voltage rating.
Especially if the board is used with LCD panels larger than 26" ( Techreport . com )

-----------------------
Sometimes a faulty powersupply results in a failing A/V mainboard.
Please note that replacement A/V mainboards might contain firmware profiled to match the LCD panel used.
You can't be sure that a pulled mainboard will work correctly unless it comes from a TV with a similar LCD. panel.
Don't attempt to reset the EEPROM ( designated IC1803 ) on the A/V mainboard unless you're absolutely sure that the BN44-00155A Power Supply is fully functional!
( This might "brick" your board so use only as a last resort! )

Hi,
there is a way to find out if the IP board is safe;take a look at the video in attachment.

i had the same problem on le40r81.
Problem was solved by entering ingeneer menu, then turning "Ready" parameter to "ON" in the first submenu. That's all!
