morning i have a samsung le40r74bd backlight problem, which in i thought i'd fixed it, but fault as appeared again, picture will come for about 20 minute, then backlight off, i found 2 swollen caps did factory reset ran test for 11 hours was ok, when out came back switch on 15 minutes backlight off again, psu is bn44 00134a any pop a service manual on please, thanks for your time

Hi Shaun,

Service manual useless - no schematics and I can't find circuit for that psu.

When it does turn on, try reducing the backlights to 50/60% and see if that helps.                       Bruce

Hi Shaun,

Had a few where CM811 / CS806 / CM812 / CM817 (all 1000/10) needed replacing.

Mention as seems you changed just a couple - Chris.

hi chris thanks for the info, found fault by accident heating caps up wave it around on the large black transformer went off i've just took board off found burnt dry leg resoldered it's on test now, thanks again
