HI, I HAVE A PHILIPS 42PF9945/12 WHICH SWITCHES ON, THE RELAYS CLICK, THEN DROPS TO STANDBY WITH LED FLASING RED. PLEASE COULD ANYONE HELP ON THIS. THANKS

Hi, this is a plasma set you might get a better response if you post it on the plasma section.
Try this:
Measure the voltage on test point "D3R3V" adjacent to connector CN8001
in the right bottom corner of the PSU board.
If below 3.3 V, increase it to 3.5 V +/- 0.1 V by adjusting potmeter
VR8009 (in the middle of the PSU board), with all cables and the SSB
still connected.
