Hi folks,
Went to "Jimmy" for an odd Vestel main-board. DPD on line delivery gave advice of failed delivery due to "no one at home" several times but no non-delivery advice appeared through the letterbox.
Tried to rearrange delivery but can't without failed delivery advice - guess they never came, so I haven't got any, and can't find the DPD phone number - they hide it well - any thoughts - Chris.

Could you please email me with your Order Number at frank@shopjimmy.co.uk? I am so sorry to hear that this happened, and as soon as I know which order we are talking about, I can resolve the issue and yell at DPD about this. In no way does this fit our agreements with them.

Hi folks,
As an update, problem was caused by incorrectly transcribed post code. Panel delivered today after a phone call from the lady DPD driver when she found that my address and post code didn't tie up.
Once again - thanks to all, especially folks at "Shop Jimmy" - seen to care about outcome - Chris.
