Title: No Name TV DIG32"HD LCD TV - Eeprom issue.
Post by: Turnip on May 19, 2016,05:14:49
Hi folks,

Have one where S/by Led glows but it's stuck in S/by. SSB - L2M08(03).

Seems similar to Technika 32-601 but without the DVD.

Wonder if anyone has a bin ? - Thanks - Chris.

Thanks Vince, will give it a try.

Looking on Ebay, only thing I found was the stand, the seller noted that my no-name set was in fact a 'Pangoo' - Makes you wonder why they didn't print it on front or back - Chris.

Had a shufti, notice it uses Eeprom BL24C02 and has three of them - U12, U43 and U120. Wonder which one could be the biz.

Later gathered 'Pangoo' was quite the biz in Oz, but then vanished long before the three year guarantee had expired.

Hi Chris,

Yeah, I've seen them around. Mainly el-cheapo web sale jobs. Named after the kangaroo. And now they've hopped away.

Hi Bruce,

Gather Pangoo has little to do with Roos, even though they bounced a bit.

Understand there was a God chap in China who initially sorted the world, but seems took 18 Thousand years for him to do it.

Think he was Pan-Gu, so sets might be back in a while when they've got them sorted - Won't wait about, might be a while  - Chris.
