Hi does anyone have a user manual, or could help me reset the password as the people do not remember what they have entered and have moved to a new location, and can not get the digital tuned in many thanks in advance

Hi Bign, try pressing 'menu' then typing in the four digit code 4,7,2,5 or 'menu' 9,3,0,1

Thanks for the reply typed them codes in and still no joy, is there any way you can do a factory reset on this t.v. that will reset the receiver code back to 0000 or 1234

I managed to find some info and to do a factory reset need to go into DVB side and go into setup scroll down to reset receiver and type 7,1,3,9.

Hi! bigin,
          Read with interest your last post.Why do customers use/mess about with pin codes? i always advise against as it causes so much grief to us techs and others!
Anyway i have made a note of the No,s in your last post for clearing PIN. Many thanks for the imfo
