Hello,
          Long time since I was on but we are LG agents. Yes, we have used these but the state of the board after you removed the duff one is so badly damaged. I have a hot air removal gun, I heat the other side of the board and the leds come off easily. I think your only get out is to short that lamp out but you must include another led in the circuit to maintain the correct current flow. You may notice a very slight dark patch were the lamp was but other than replacing the whole strip I can't see what other options you have, good luck.

Thanks Tony' appreciate your help,you say:
(I think your only get out is to short that lamp out but you must include another led in the circuit to maintain the correct current flow,}
how i do that? can you please give me a Schematic drawn;

I was thinking of ordering those leds and try  repairing this strip, maybe punting  some silicon paste to cover the hole and burn then solder wire pig tails to the led and solder it to the strip right in place and to get it firm to the strip maybe use some glue.

Also i was thinking to buy from amazon,are these the same as the Ebay?

Hello,
           All the lamps are in series, Christmas tree lights used to be made this way, therefore if one failed they all went out, all you need to do is put a shorting link across the one you have removed and place your new one somewhere else. In the beginning of the circuit would be simplest. There is the issue of the new lamp giving off heat, attach it to the strip with a dab of heat sink paste, I suppose if the set is your own you could always bridge the lamp but lower the backlight settings in the menu. But not recommended if it's a customers set. I don't know if you are in the UK or not but full strips can be bought cheaply. In any event I suggest you reduce the backlight settings anyway. The leds lead a hard life anyway. Good luck with it.
