Title: Help Toshiba 32L1334DG firmware

Hello i have strange problem after update firmware from official site Toshiba from v2.1.9z to v3_6_3c_Low_config.exe my tv now is not turning on only green lamp is blink light is on but not pictures and repeat after few seconds same .... please help to recover i read many topics and i need 3 files to flash tv and make work again with mboot.bin and auto update.txt if someone know from where i download ..... make me very happy thanks regards ....

Problem is ..... i already download and flash from toshiba site version 3 .... and fault after 100% complete and reboot my tv only green/red lamp is blink and light on display no pictures nothing ...
I make USB flashdrive fat32 put v3_6_3c_Low_config/upgrade_mb90.bin in to root USB and menu/1505 and flash after 100% complete tv not boot

hi usb should be fat or fat16 fat32 will fail to correctly install ,note the instruction on the website try again with stick inserted before power
